Milazzo

Milazzo is a charming tourist town with 10 km of beach facing the Aeolian Islands. Milazzo is famous for the Garibaldi battle and extends between the village, the walled city and the lower city.

Among the monuments to admire are the Castle, the Cathedral of Milazzo, the remains of the Palazzo of the Giurati, the Church of the Madonna of Rosario, the Sanctuary of St. Francesco of Paola, the Church of San Giacomo Apostolo, the Convent of Carmine.
